This Children’s Residential Support Worker position pays between £13.90 and £16.68 per hour, depending on shift pattern. We have flexible work available from long-term bookings to single shifts.

What do you need to join?

  • At least 6 months full-time paid care experience in the last 3 years, three months of which were working alongside children and young people.
  • The right to work in the UK and be able to work up to full time hours.
  • Highly desirable that you have a Level 3 qualification in children’s services.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, although part-time hours are available in some areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
