Reablement Support Worker 8451 | Permanent contract | £20,743 to £22,110 per annum (Scale E) | 30 hours per week | Mill Close, Aylsham. Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances, and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.
The vacant post is 30 hours per week, working in Fakenham and surrounding areas. You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Benefits- You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people’s lives with the ability to easily commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
- No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
