We are looking for a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. This is a key role for a chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career by taking ownership of a section, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-end environment where precision, teamwork, and passion for food are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in running a specific section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, following LPM's recipes and plating guidelines.
- Oversee and guide Commis Chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and perform their tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen station.
