Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the events department, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Conduct daily briefings, lead, manage, and motivate the events team to exceed guest expectations. Coordinate and communicate event details with all hotel departments and head office. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with guests, providing personalised and attentive service. Deliver inspirational show rounds to prospective clients, showcasing our unique event spaces and services. What you Need: Previous experience as an Assistant Events Manager or a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Superb attention to detail, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. Strong leadership and motivational skills capable of nurturing, developing, and inspiring staff. Proven experience in training and developing team members. Excellent personal presentation and a professional demeanour.
