We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's friendly and professional team based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued optician clients.
  • Handling incoming calls and proactively managing customer accounts.
  • Inputting orders accurately and ensuring same-day processing.
  • Resolving queries and complaints efficiently in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Providing technical support related to optical lens dispensing (training provided).
  • Promoting new products, services, and offers to customers.
  • Re-engaging inactive or potential customers through proactive outreach.

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Knowledge of the optical industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong integrity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using IT systems and inputting data accurately.
