We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a QHSE Manager to join their exisiting team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and enhances workplace safety to protect employees, assets, and the environment. The ideal candidate will show strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent leadership and team management abilities, strong organisational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, and proficiency in using MS Office applications. The ideal candidate will also hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential), NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification, and proven experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or engineering industries.
