Client: Since their formation almost 20 years ago, my client has become one of the most reputable commercial office fit out M&E contractors in London. They have a reputation for delivering fast-paced fit out projects for the likes of Collins, Parkeray and BW. The business has just been acquired by a new Managing Director who has aspirations to increase the turnover. Following a successful first 18 months, they have been appointed on projects for Collins, Ambit and 8Build.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Management of subcontractor labour
- All health and safety
- Progress Reporting
- Review and amend RAMS
- Understanding of design & drawings
- Snagging
- Testing and commissioning
- Driving job
The ideal candidate:
- Have 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.
- Experience working in the commercial office sector.
