You will be working for a purpose driven organisation delivering impactful learning and development programmes that empower professionals and create measurable social impact. Their team partners with a wide range of clients across sectors to support individuals and organisations unlocking their full potential. They are currently seeking a proactive and people focused Programme Delivery Executive to join their growing team.
As a programme delivery executive, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering a variety of talent programmes to clients, supporting participants from early careers to senior leadership. Your day to day will involve coaching and mentoring, delivering engaging workshops (online and in person), and creating high quality learning resources. You'll also manage key systems and play a role in evaluating programme success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operational planning and delivery of talent programmes
- Coach, mentor and track participant progress throughout the programmes
- Facilitate online and in-person sessions and workshops
- Create and proof learning materials and resources
- Manage and update the organisation's learning management system
- Collect, analyse and present post programme data and impact reports
- Support occasional client relationship management
- Delivery of learning or training (e.g. coaching, mentoring, teaching)
- Experience in project coordination or programme delivery using tools like Excel Gantt Charts
- Data handling and reporting (especially related to programme outcomes)
- Experience facilitating group learning or workshops
- Salary of between £24-£30k
