The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both client and candidate management. Your primary focus will be to build relationships, source top candidates, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals. * Identify, source, and engage with top talent. * Conduct interviews, reference checks, and shortlisting of candidates. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. * Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through the onboarding process. * Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business. * Collaborate with other consultants to share best practices and drive team success.
