Your primary focus will be to build relationships, source top candidates, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals. * Identify, source, and engage with top talent. * Conduct interviews, reference checks, and shortlisting of candidates. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. * Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through the onboarding process. * Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business. * Collaborate with other consultants to share best practices and drive team success.
