Our client is a national FM Service Provider that has a strong government contract portfolio in the London area. It is looking for a Project Interface Manager to join a large and high security contract in Central London.

As the Project Interface Manager, you will act like a Clerk of Works but within the built environment. You will monitor, oversee and ensure that the Project Management and Operations teams on this hard services contract are doing everything they should be in accordance with the contract, compliance and all building regulations.

The successful Project Interface Manager can have a building, construction or engineering background and must have a good all-round knowledge of all 3 sectors. This unique role brings FM, Operations, Projects and Buildings all together, so a proven track record is essential.

Our client is offering:

  • Up to £60,000 base salary
  • £5,400 car allowance
  • Bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday plus BH
