Are you an experienced EHS Manager? Our client is a leading aerospace business with a focus on innovation, performance and integrity. The company has a solid reputation in the aerospace industry for providing a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators and airframe manufacturers.

As an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager, you will ensure Environmental Health & Safety reporting compliance with regulatory bodies (Environment Agency, Health & Safety Executive). As a member of the internal audit group, the EHS Manager will participate in the development, implementation, and surveillance of the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System. The incumbent will maintain a leadership role in assessing and developing implementation strategies to achieve corporate compliance with emerging regulatory initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with employees to conduct Internal Audits, First Aid certifications, and other EHS initiatives.
  • Ensure that Environmental Health & Safety processes and documentation are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Report to the Management Team on the performance of the management systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep records of incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers.
