Head of Facilities Management & Projects
This client-side charitable organization owns and manages a diverse property portfolio based in Hertfordshire. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Projects and Facilities Management to lead their property team, delivering strategic and operational excellence across the estate while championing sustainability and innovation.
The Role
As Head of Projects and FM, you will:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver proactive facilities management for a diverse commercial portfolio.
- Oversee construction projects, planned maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and identify opportunities for business growth and resource optimization.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure governance processes support effective policy development and project delivery.
About You
You will bring:
- Ideally a member of a professional body or similar.
