What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for leading on delivery of a portfolio of programmes within the Radio Estate.
- Making sensible, commercial decisions to support service performance and mitigate risk.
- Managing team members who work on the programmes that you deliver, whilst driving performance within the team.
- Manage all reporting for any associated key performance indicators/ H&S Compliance, for both on time performance and any agreed financial targets.
- Accountable for being able to articulate how the programme is delivering but also what this means to the business.
- Manage all programmes in scope to agreed service level agreements, customer expectations in line with forecast, delivered on time and to budget.
- Ensuring that Legal and Regulatory compliance is maintained and that BT safe working practices are adhered to in accordance with H&S legislation.
- You’ll be responsible for helping to create an inclusive working environment where people from all backgrounds can succeed.
- Manage performance of any associated suppliers, supply chain and their associated sub-contractors to ensure compliance to BT infrastructure installation standards.
- Liaise with external and internal Supply & Demand stakeholders.
- Provide Operational Performance insights through data driven analysis.

- People Management: able to confidently deal with managing a team of people and dealing with performance issues where required.

Experience you would be expected to have
- Previous people management skills.
- Successful delivery of a range of small to large programmes would be desirable.
- Ability to collate and analyse data and translate into Reporting insights.
- Working with senior stakeholders managing conflicts in delivering enablement solutions in a timely manner at optimum cost.
- Working with internal and external partners to deliver to quality and on time expectation.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Implemented change initiatives, ability to adapt quickly and deliver change effectively.
