The Role
Are you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time? Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently and effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.
- Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
- To demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
- Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be completed efficiently.
