Description: As a Wintel Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the technical support (3rd line) of the IT Infrastructure; resolving issues and requests, raising and resolving problems, and implementing small change.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.
- Document processes, solutions, and infrastructure configurations accurately.
- Guide best practice within the engineering function and deliver change to IT infrastructure.
- Support 1st and 2nd line staff in resolving complex issues.
- Provide support to other IT staff.
- Provide support and administration of the IT Infrastructure.
