The Role
As Social Video Lead, you’ll own the creation of dynamic, engaging video content across our in-house and client channels. You’ll be responsible for ideating, shooting, and editing social-first videos that tell compelling stories, grab attention, and drive results. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing content creation for our brand and delivering exceptional work for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Strategy
- Planning and executing short-form video strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Shooting and editing high-quality, social-first videos for our brand and client campaigns.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop bold and innovative ideas that reflect each client’s voice and goals.
Client Shoot Days
- Leading on-site video shoots for clients, ensuring a seamless process from concept to delivery.
- Directing clients during shoots, capturing authentic and engaging content tailored to their target audiences.
Social Media Expertise
- Staying ahead of platform trends, tools, and best practices to create videos that perform.
- Analysing video performance data to optimise future content and drive engagement.
Personal Content Leadership
- Acting as a content creator yourself, showcasing your expertise and creativity through our in-house channels.
