A long-established and client-focused law firm in Balsall Common is seeking a dedicated Legal Fee Earner to join its growing Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the benefit of 1–2 days working from home each week.

The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Conveyancing:

  • To be responsible for day to day running of fee earning files with minimum supervision from your Head of Department ensuring compliance with internal procedures and SRA guidelines.
  • Deal with all aspects of sales and purchase transactions from first instructions to post completion filing of SDLT return at HMRC and registration of title at Land Registry.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm’s practice manual, SRA Code of Conduct and the CQS standard and Conveyancing Protocol & Core Practice Management Standards.
  • Understanding of Money Laundering, Mortgage Fraud, Cyber Crime and the risks facing the conveyancing profession.
