The Global SAP CoE is responsible for deal shaping, pre-sales, and go-to-market activities related to large business transformation programs across all regions (Americas, Europe, APAC). The team comprises Business and Solutions experts, Program Management Advisors, and Enterprise Architects, focusing on expanding SAP services globally around SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and RISE.
Our daily focus is on developing client and partner opportunities, aiming to maximize business value from SAP transformations. With over 1500 SAP S/4HANA projects worldwide, we offer a unique, value-driven approach and a broad range of capabilities, providing opportunities to work on some of the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects.
Role Specifics
We are recruiting for three key expertise areas:
- Business and Solutions Experts (specializing in Supply Chain, Finance, or industry-specific areas such as Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, EAM, Aerospace).
As a member of the Global SAP CoE, you will support the digital transformation of global companies, primarily based in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Italy), addressing challenges related to SAP solutions (S/4HANA, BTP, extensions from SAP, hyperscalers, or third-party SAP partners).
You will play a pivotal role in shaping, advising on ERP strategies, solutioning, and delivering SAP transformation programs, utilizing our flexible end-to-end transformation and reference models. Your work will translate business ambitions into target architectures and roadmaps that deliver value swiftly, combining core SAP S/4HANA implementations with agile delivery of BTP and cloud applications.
This role is highly visible within Capgemini's global SAP business, contributing significantly to presales and project success. As part of the SAP Global CoE, you will be central to our expanding SAP initiatives.
The position offers flexibility, with work locations in North America or Europe, and involves a mix of remote work and on-site client or event presence as needed.
