For the successful Senior Despatch Operator, our client is offering:
- Salary of circa £30,000 per annum DOE
- Monday to Friday, Days role, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Permanent role with a progressive company

The Role – Senior Despatch Operator:
- Coordinate commercial and non-commercial shipments, ensuring compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority and international trade regulations.
- Prepare and manage despatches using ERP, EBR, and global serialisation systems, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous goods.
- Liaise with couriers, QA, Sales Admin, and global supply chain teams to maintain timely and accurate product shipments.
- Act as deputy to the Despatch Team Leader, supporting team operations and decision-making in their absence.
- Coach and support team training and development to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Maintain despatch facility systems and ensure adherence to GMP and EHS standards.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
