My Client is looking for a Workday System Administrator who will be responsible for updating workflows and business processes, creating new pay codes and spend categories, and performing report builds and updates. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday supports their people operations, from Core HCM and Recruiting to Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
- Manage security roles and permissions
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Collaborate on system upgrades and new feature implementations
- Ensure data integrity through audits and validations
- Partner with HR and IT teams to improve process efficiency
- Multiple years of Workday administration experience
- Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM/ Benefits / Absence / Payroll Compensation, Talent)
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
