The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You will be responsible for having a detailed understanding of Golden Processes, ICE controls standards, Finance Manual and general accounting principles to drive compliance of all accounting and reporting processes. You will need to ensure that local, statutory and corporate reporting processes are timely & effective, and comply with local tax and legal requirements. Also ensure that local accounting is performed in line with local and group requirements. This role offers excellent progression within the business as you will also get involved in ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will have full ownership of relevant O2C process activities, including, but not limited to invoicing, sales credits, price changes, promo activities, trade terms, off invoice discounts across the organization, including controlling their correct representation in local and corporate reporting.
- You will be responsible for periodic, quarterly and year-end closing processes that produce reporting to Royal Canin headquarters and Mars Inc, as well as local reporting, including Intrastat.
- You will perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and period end controls activities, oversight of Blackline reconciliation.
- You will ensure accuracy of financial results through integrity of accounting data and systems and work within a controls environment.
- You will provide data for internal and external auditors with agreed quality and within agreed timeline.
- You will drive the governance agenda within your own functional area, including roll-out and maintenance of Internal Controls Excellence (ICE) framework.
