An industry leading and mission driven organisation are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to work within their Executive Office supporting the two Senior EA’s.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a very busy role where you’ll be joining an energetic, collaborative team, with great exposure to senior stakeholders. You will be working in a team that is passionate about what they do and have a wealth of experience to pass on to the successful candidate! Working within the Executive Office that supports the C-suite this is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to really grow and develop their skill set.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management – co-ordinating internal and external meetings, often across international time zones
  • Inbox management – monitoring and drafting responses of the executive office
  • Stakeholder management
  • Event and meeting management
  • International travel co-ordination including visas, itineraries and transport
  • Expense management

WHO YOU ARE

This role requires someone who has 1-2 years administration experience, supporting in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail, coupled with curiosity is a must for this role. You will be communicating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally so you must have the confidence to do this. You’ll be someone who is happy to jump in and help with getting the job done, as well as someone who is excited to learn!

Essential requirements:

  • Top level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a busy Executive Assistant role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment whilst making sure no mistakes are made
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Desired requirements:

  • Experience within the private and/or corporate sector
  • A general understanding of current affairs and politics
  • Support for the organisation and its aims
  • University degree
