As a Food & Beverage Rising Fan at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • 18-months of intensive learning and development
  • Rotation across different departments within the division. You will have a minimum of three rotations during the programme which may include the following departments: Stewarding, Banqueting operations, Breakfast, In room dining, The Rosebery, The Aubrey and Mandarin Bar.
  • Increasing responsibilities with every rotation.
  • Cross exposure in other divisions within the hotel
  • Key projects to lead.
  • Mentorship programme with a seasoned and experienced senior leader in the hotel.
  • Opportunity to complete eCornell distance learning courses for further development.
  • Be part of the Hotel's Social Committee, MOCare.

As a Food & Beverage Rising Fan, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful F&B Rising Fan candidate, you:
