Our client operates a range of sites including offices, rental properties and manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in general maintenance and DIY tasks. A driving licence is required and a company vehicle will be provided.

This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent, Mon-Fri 7am/7:30am - 4pm/4:30pm, £12.50-£13.00 p/hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance and minor repair tasks across multiple sites.
  • Perform painting, decorating, and other light DIY duties as required.
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance on all job sites.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and tenants.
  • Travel between sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required).
