Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional ready to take on a high-impact role supporting critical defence programmes? We’re currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Programme Lead to act as the key interface between a major Programme and the broader supply chain function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across complex acquisition and sustainment projects and influence key programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Supply Chain function across programme drumbeat meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks across Supplier Management, Procurement, Asset Management, and Demand Forecasting
  • Manage and support programme change activities and assess supply chain impacts
  • Oversee tasking authorisation and project artefact generation (e.g., SCM plans, BOMs, KPIs, CDRLs)
  • Support project planning, performance tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, ideally within defence, aerospace, or MRO sectors
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organisation and fast-paced project environment
  • Skilled across multiple domains: supplier management, asset management, forecasting, etc.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Active UK security clearance (essential)
  • Project or procurement qualifications (PMI, PRINCE2, AMP, CIPS) desirable
