This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact consulting team delivering change across major technology transformations - from ERP and digital workplace to AI, cloud, and IT managed services.
We're looking for experienced Organizational Change Management professionals who bring deep knowledge of the full change lifecycle, a passion for customer outcomes, and the confidence to lead engagements across sectors.
As an OCM Lead Consultant, you will:
- Lead complex change and adoption programmes across enterprise technology transformation projects
