Urgently required in the Property and Construction division. Work for one of the country's leading Management Consultancies in state-of-the-art offices near Barbican & London's Guildhall. The post is a temp to perm role, working 37.5 hours per week. The nature of this PA post means the successful candidate will be expected in the office 3-4 days each week, with potentially just one day working from home. Reporting to the Head of Property & Construction, as a Team PA, this is a great opportunity to join an award-winning firm. The successful candidate will help to support the team by:
- Arranging and managing all internal meetings.
- Managing travel requirements of the team as and when required.
- Diarising, preparing, attending & taking minutes at monthly Team meetings.
- Handling incoming emails, correspondence & post, briefing papers etc.
- Supporting the bi-annual appraisals for the team.
- Carrying out specific projects and research as directed.
- Devising and maintaining SharePoint folders.
- Assisting Partners with their admin.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests.
- Delivering financial admin, invoicing schedules & timesheets.
- Updating forecasting of divisional Partners pipeline.
- Helping with Bid administration, generating proposal documents.
