Are you a commercially savvy, customer-focused sales professional looking to make a real impact in a growing international brand? We're looking for an Account Executive to join a passionate and agile team that’s making waves within the food industry.
About the Role
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with key foodservice and retail accounts across the UK and Europe. Working closely with a dedicated sales agency and internal sales team, your focus will be to drive customer engagement, maximise order value, and ensure that all sales are aligned with forecast targets.
You'll play a key role in supporting the presence in the foodservice sector, including managing product ROI, ensuring smooth operations and helping customers unlock the full potential of our product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base across multiple channels
- Upsell across the range to increase order value and category penetration
- Accurately maintain CRM records (HubSpot) to track customer interaction and performance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support product promotion and fulfilment
- Partner with our foodservice sales agency to identify and reactivate lapsed accounts
- Monitor and report on sales performance vs. forecast on a weekly and monthly basis
- Actively contribute to internal sales reviews and planning sessions
What You’ll Bring
- Sales experience within FMCG, Retail, or Foodservice sectors (field-based or customer-facing preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Commercially aware and eager to develop P&L responsibility in the future
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel domestically when required
