Our team is creative, fast-paced and full of energy – and we’re looking for a driven, practical, and highly experienced Operations Manager to help lead the way.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the logistics and delivery of our events from start to finish. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that requires initiative, physical capability, leadership, and a deep understanding of catering operations.

You’ll manage everything from van loading and stock prep to running large-scale activations on site – often under pressure and at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across both Pan-n-Ice and Rolling Minds event divisions
  • Oversee logistics including transport, equipment, food and drink supplies, and staffing
  • Represent the brand on-site at high-profile UK and international events
  • Manage and motivate teams of freelance and in-house event staff
  • Support the setup, delivery and pack-down of all events – working practically and physically where needed
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and confidently
  • Ensure health and safety, hygiene and catering standards are met at all times
  • Use software like Excel, Google Sheets and CRMs to manage schedules, stock lists and event planning
  • Work with our warehouse and events teams to prepare all equipment and products
  • Build and continuously improve operational processes and systems

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in event or catering operations
  • Proven experience running events with physical and logistical complexity
  • Strong knowledge of food service or catering operations
  • Highly practical, solutions-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence – confident driving manual vans (required)
  • Physically capable – comfortable with loading/unloading, lifting and long hours on your feet
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Based within realistic commuting distance to W10 5BN (Notting Hill)
  • Strong technical ability with spreadsheets, scheduling software, and CRMs
  • Willing to travel frequently across the UK and internationally
