As a Groundworker at Hyde, you will be working within our customer homes to provide essential property maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties meet our safety and quality standards. This role will cover various Hyde properties in London, covering postcodes in Brent and Islington.
Responsibilities:- Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including paving, drainage repairs, concreting, and small-scale excavation.
- Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing groundwork issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and Hyde’s quality standards.
- Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
