We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Aviation Architect to join their Architecture team, leading multi-disciplinary aviation projects and overseeing a small team to ensure exceptional design and delivery.

Aviation Architect Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design and specification for projects in line with current regulations and client deliverables
  • Deliver projects across RIBA Stages 0–7, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Manage project resources, including budget, time, and stakeholder relationships
  • Champion design quality and compliance standards across teams and deliverables
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the department’s growth and capability
Aviation Architect Essential Requirements
  • Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB)
  • Proven experience in the aviation sector
  • Strong technical background in design, detailing, and specification writing
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D
  • Ability to produce NBS Chorus Specifications
  • In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations
