Join the UK's leading car transporter manufacturer at their state-of-the-art, eco-powered facility in Gosfield, just outside Braintree. We're on the hunt for skilled or developing Welder Fabricators to strengthen the body-build team.

The Role:
You’ll be fabricating and MIG welding the core structures of premium car transporters - either solo or in a pair - under the support of an experienced supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- MIG welding experience (but we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to read technical drawings (bonus points)
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive attitude and a passion for quality craftsmanship
Key Duties:
- MIG welding thick-gauge steel (5mm+)
- Building key structural components
- Working from CAD drawings
- Keeping kit in top condition
- Supporting the team to hit production targets - safely and to standard
