We're looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Architect / Lead Designer to drive mission-critical banking initiatives across customer onboarding, loan origination, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE architecture for banking operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory-compliant, secure, and scalable solutions
- Build custom entities, workflows, BPFs, and dashboards to streamline customer journeys
- Integrate with core banking systems and financial platforms using Azure Logic Apps and Power Platform
- Ensure full compliance with SOX, GDPR, BSA/AML, and banking audit trails
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentoring across delivery teams
- Drive performance optimisation, data migration, and disaster recovery planning
- Lead projects in agile environments while aligning with regulatory timelines
- Proven track record in Dynamics 365 CRM solution design within banking
- Strong grasp of financial compliance and data security frameworks
