Welder Fabricator – Structural Steel

Day Shift
Backshift / Night Shift
Pay Rate: £16 – £22 per hour (depending on experience & shift)
We are currently recruiting experienced and skilled Welder Fabricators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in structural steel welding and fabrication to work on high-quality projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Whether you prefer working day shift or backshift/nights, we have positions available to suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate structural steel components to high standards
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment confidently
- Inspect welds for structural integrity and accuracy
- Set up welding equipment and materials for each job
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in structural steel welding and fabrication
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
