Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letters with a friendly demeanour.
  • Provide information about our products and services to help our members.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with our valued customers.
  • Multi-task effectively while paying close attention to detail.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Preferable experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.
