Salary: Up to £120,000 plus strong commission

Artemis Talent has the pleasure of partnering exclusively with a Surveillance & Trading Analytics Software provider who is looking to build upon the successful growth they’ve had working with a large number of respected and admired Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. My client provides these firms with a state-of-the-art bleeding edge technological enabling compliance and trading teams to perform Surveillance and Best Execution services.

Focused on driving New Business/Logo you will need a hunter mentality to drive success in the Sales process. You need to be driven and self-motivated to reach out to your network and within the Buyside to drive revenue generation and be responsible for closing qualified leads. You must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience selling to the Financial Services (Regtech) space highly configurable software with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory, Compliance, TCA, Trading Analytics Software Sales.
  • Selling Financial Services Software to CIO's, Heads of Risk, key Portfolio Managers, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Surveillance and Compliance products, including those of key competitors in the space.
  • New Customer Acquisitions, taking qualified leads and being an expert closer of deals.

Qualifications:

  • Min 4 year’s experience as a hunter with knowledge of financial services or regulatory software products such Market & Trade Surveillance, Best Execution, Trading Systems.
  • 3+ years experience in Financial Services Software sales to Buy & Sell Side, with average deal sizes $100k+.
  • Experience selling and closing sale of highly configurable software to financial services firms.
