We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the most exciting creative agencies in the UK – a team famed for their bold, impactful and visually arresting content, particularly in the world of sport. They blend storytelling, culture, and strategy to produce work that doesn’t just cut through – it sticks.
With a growing roster of clients and a string of standout campaigns behind them, they’re now looking to hire a Head of Production to lead and shape their in-house production team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Producer ready to step up or someone already operating at Head of level who’s looking to take on a role with more ownership, more creative influence, and the chance to grow something special.
The Role
This is a key hire for the agency. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of content production – from scoping and budgeting through to final delivery. The work is fast-paced and varied – branded content, documentary-style pieces, social-first campaigns – all delivered with the agency’s signature energy and craft.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, working closely with Creative, Client Services, and Strategy to ensure every project runs smoothly and lands with impact. You’ll also help shape the department as the agency continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end production across a range of sport and culture-led content
- Oversee production planning, scoping, budgeting, and resource management
- Build and manage a trusted freelance network and internal production resource
- Champion smart, scalable production solutions without compromising on creativity
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life
- Provide production expertise during pitches and client conversations

- Comfortable managing complex schedules, crews, and multiple live projects

- Ideally based in Scotland or open to hybrid working (2–3 days/week in the office)
