Role Overview:
Moasure is a technology company with a unique and innovative product. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are changing the way many industries measure in their day-to-day business. We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our paid ads across all of our platforms, to drive growth and awareness. You'll work closely with the marketing team to launch campaigns, iterate on creative and brief and create new images and ads to run. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, experienced at managing paid ad campaigns and has a deep understanding of creative testing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other key platforms
- Manage creative testing, develop hypotheses, manage variations, and analyse performance
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to brief, iterate and storyboard creative
- Write and optimise ad copy that speaks to our target industries and work with the EU team to translate
- Edit videos and create images to use in paid ads
- Report on campaign performance, provide insights, make recommendations and creative iterations
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, creative trends, and best practices in paid media
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, especially Meta ads, ideally within e-commerce
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and writing compelling ad copy
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Shopify
- Experience with video and image editing tools (for example: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere)
