We’re currently looking for a Production Technician to support our clients expanding production team in Leicester. This is an exciting and varied role that offers full training and development opportunities, with strong potential for career progression in either production or engineering for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and calibrate production equipment
  • Test new production tools and systems
  • Modify work instructions and procedures
  • Provide technical support to the production team
  • Assist with goods inwards inspection and compile measurement reports
  • Contribute to broader Quality Assurance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant engineering qualification and hands-on experience in a practical engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and build documentation
  • Strong fault-finding skills for custom machinery and electronic systems (experience using multimeters or oscilloscopes is ideal)
  • Team player with solid communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
