Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Analytics & Financial Metrics
    • Support the execution of the omnichannel retail growth strategy, ensuring seamless performance across online and offline channels.
    • Track, report, and support optimisation of key financial growth metrics, customer acquisition, and retention targets.
    • Assist in identifying and activating the most impactful growth levers throughout the entire customer funnel.
  • Customer Insights, Segmentation & Marketing Technology
    • Leverage Bloomreach insights and audience data to identify new growth opportunities and refine customer segmentation.
    • Assist in developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Support the development and implementation of the Marketing Technology roadmap, ensuring ongoing improvements and innovation.
    • Support the Bloomreach Business Insights Project, advocating data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Campaign & Channel Optimisation
    • Contribute to managing full-funnel marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Email.
    • Assist in driving Affiliate and Referral marketing strategies to maximise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Support the development of messaging and trading strategies to ensure a holistic approach across marketing channels.
  • Product & Business Expansion
    • Assist in key tech launches, including Pmax, SMS and App developments, ensuring smooth execution and impact.
    • Support eBay and marketplace expansion, aligning with business goals.
    • Contribute to International D2C growth and European market expansion.
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
    • Collaborate with the performance marketing team, contributing to leadership and innovation.
    • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Finance, and Retail Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Partner with agencies and external partners, supporting negotiations and optimising investments for long-term success.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer analytics, and performance marketing, ideally within retail or Ecommerce.
  • A strong understanding of Bloomreach, including its reporting capabilities, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies, is essential for success in this role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting PPC, SEO, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Email.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Experience with Brandwatch and Hootsuite is a plus.
