As a Junior Trader in the Equities division, you will support the trading desk in executing and managing equity trades across global markets. You’ll work closely with senior traders, analysts, and quants to develop market insights, monitor risk, and contribute to the firm’s trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the execution of equity trades across UK, European, and US markets.
- Monitor market movements, news, and economic indicators to inform trading decisions.
- Analyse trading performance and generate post-trade reports.
- Collaborate with research and quant teams to refine trading strategies.
- Maintain and improve trading tools and dashboards using Python, Excel, or SQL.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
