A high-end £10M+ Cat B commercial fit-out project in the heart of London.
Responsibilities as a Junior Project Manager:
- Managing end-to-end project delivery across commercial projects.
- Can create a Programme.
- Support in executing project plans, schedules, programmes, and scopes of work.
- Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight.
- Prepare budgets, tracking costs, and managing financial reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to procurement or execution strategies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and site instructions.
