An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm within its highly ranked Corporate team in London. The team has strong experience in complex M&A and joint venture transactions, particularly within the Energy and Resources sector, with a strong focus on oil and gas.
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Be between 2-6 years PQE
- Experience in the Energy and Resources sector, particularly in oil and gas, is essential.
- Strong post-qualification experience in M&A and joint venture transactions.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
