We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Assistant to support a founder-led personal brand in the digital education and storytelling space. You’ll help repurpose long-form video into high-performing content, manage social publishing, support marketing campaigns, and engage with a growing community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repurpose 1 weekly video into 5–8 clips, carousels, and posts
  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Support product marketing campaigns and audience outreach
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate using Trello, Notion, or Asana

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–4 years' experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Skilled in Canva and tools like CapCut or InShot
  • Understands short-form trends and brand storytelling
  • Organised, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Interested in personal branding and digital product sales

Preferred Education & Training

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Meta Blueprint are a plus
