Shape how innovative brands reach the shelves of the biggest retailers. You’ll get hands-on experience launching new products across multiple categories, working directly with major grocery chains. You’ll also learn from a seasoned expert in brand building who’s already made waves in FMCG. And you’ll have the flexibility to balance your time between home and the office, with just two days a week on-site (and some wiggle room on that if needed). Ideally you’ll be in the vicinity of the West Midlands, but if not, let us know and we’ll try to figure something out!

There are plenty of opportunities to develop your strategic thinking too. You’ll be managing sales, margins and stock levels, while also shaping joint business plans with key retailers. Alongside that, you’ll be presenting new brands and insights to buyers and influencing how they perform on the shelves. You’ll also get involved in new business development, helping to grow the brand portfolio by selling into new customers. You’ll work closely with supply chain, marketing and design teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from launch to shelf.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG, managing accounts with at least two of the major retailers
  • A results-driven mindset—you’ll find a way to hit targets
  • Strong communication skills, so you can hold your own with buyers and spot opportunities in independent stores
  • A proactive approach—you’ll get on with what needs doing without waiting for instructions
  • Good hands-on skills with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy variety. You’ll be juggling multiple brands, so you need to keep the energy up across them all
