Licensing and Partner Lead Permanent | Hybrid – London (3 days per week)

Salary: £40,000 per annum

We are partnering with a prestigious global organisation in their search for a Licensing & Partner Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how professional development and educational products are distributed and expanded through strategic collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and pursue new licensing and partnership opportunities to broaden the reach of professional development offerings.
  • Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external content providers, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and research teams to align licensing activities with go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership strategy.
  • Lead the delivery of partnership projects, ensuring quality, timely output, and value for all parties.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in licensing or business development ideally in education or professional learning.
  • Familiarity with distribution agreements and intellectual property rights.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction.
  • A collaborative communicator, confident engaging at all levels internally and externally.
