This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised professional to join a senior leadership team as a Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This newly created role will provide direct support to the Chief Executive and Principal, while also leading a small team of Executive Assistants. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office, contributing to strategic priorities and organisational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive and senior leadership team
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Executive Assistants to ensure consistent and professional service delivery
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage documentation including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, including systems, supplies, and hospitality
- Collaborate with internal departments to support high-profile events and strategic initiatives
