IT Support Analyst – 2nd Line - Permanent – Edinburgh
Change Digital are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established Scottish organisation who have offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and require a 2nd Line Support IT Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company who pride themselves on their supportive, collaborative culture.
Skills required should include:
- Maintain and deploy the company’s laptop and desktop operating systems and applications (OS Application Deployment)
- Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange and iOS configuration (including EMM experience)
