Purpose of the Role: In the Merchandising Administrative Assistant, your main job is to oversee the delivery process and work closely with suppliers and the DC to ensure the product needed to deliver sales hits the shop floor as planned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Buying team and Suppliers to oversee stock progression throughout the manufacturing process.
- Offer consistent administrative assistance to the Merchandising team in their daily operations.
- Coordinate with the DC team to ensure timely deliveries by managing the delivery procedures and overseeing the critical path.
- Conduct periodic specialised analysis as required.
- Under the guidance of the Merchandiser, draft size assessments and determine size scales for purchase orders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
- Knowledge of strong numerical and analytical skills.
