Enso Recruitment is working in partnership with one of NI’s fastest growing software teams to recruit for a Technical Program Manager. They have enjoyed a rapid rise towards the establishment of a global platform for their sustainability-tech that is firmly footed within the tech for good domain.
If you want to take on a leadership position helping drive the next phase of growth for a globally scaling team, this could be the role for you. This is a wide-ranging role that will incorporate an understanding of products, features, interactions, utilisation, configurations, customer deployments, services, architecture and roadmap determinations.
The Role
- Collaborate with Heads of Delivery, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and engineering teams across the business
- Understand delivery structures, team capacity, and organisational setup
- Gain insight into product capabilities and services across multiple customers
- Support prioritisation of delivery plans with input from customers, engineering, and business teams
- Maintain awareness of customer deployments, including site and sensor coverage
- Identify delivery options based on feature requirements and available resources
- Coordinate with engineering leads and teams on project and product execution
- Align with product teams to track feature status — scope, quality, and readiness
- Ensure clear, timely communication across all stakeholders
- Support estimation of delivery timelines and associated costs
- Own and manage high-level delivery plans and track/report progress
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes
The Person
- Degree level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a software, product or engineering delivery role
- Experience in engaging with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Project or Product Management experience
- Experienced in at least one of the main cloud technologies (AWS is preferred)
- Experience of Agile Scrum, Lean or Kanban using JIRA, or similar agile tracking tools
- Strong communication skills
